Restoration Science & Engineering (RSE) Provides Civil and Environmental Engineering Services to clients throughout Alaska. RSE began in 1995 as a sole proprietor operation by David M. Nyman, PE.
By 2000, RSE developed into a small business providing professional environmental consulting and research services to private, commercial, governmental, and industrial clients using environmentally sound technologies.
