History

Restoration Science & Engineering (RSE) began in 1995 as a sole proprietor operation by David M. Nyman, PE. By 2000, RSE developed into a small business providing professional environmental consulting and research services to private, commercial, governmental, and industrial clients using environmentally sound technologies.

Currently RSE key professional staff brings over 60 years combined experience. Our Current staff includes:

RSE was formed to blend engineering, science, management, and communication skills with constantly emerging technologies to enable our clients, co-workers, owners, and professional societies resolve difficult problems. RSE operates with the following core values:
