Restoration Science & Engineering (RSE) began in 1995 as a sole proprietor operation by David M. Nyman, PE. By 2000, RSE developed into a small business providing professional environmental consulting and research services to private, commercial, governmental, and industrial clients using environmentally sound technologies. Currently RSE key professional staff brings over 60 years combined experience.
